Am I too old to practice yoga?

People of all ages and physical abilities attend class. While yoga can make you fit, their primary objective is to connect you with, and allow you to heal your body. No matter your age, if you come to class, try your best and listen to your body, you will receive all of the benefits of the postures. If you have any concerns regarding your health, we suggest that you speak to your doctor before attending class.
