Package Policies
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.Packages generally cannot be extended. A package expiration date may be adjusted only for medical reasons. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the studio at the time of injury or illness.Gift Certificates are available.We accept cash, checks, and MasterCard/Visa debit or credit cards.A $99 early cancellation fee applies to the Auto Monthly Unlimited package.

Workshop Refund / Cancellation Policy
You will be issued a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hrs in advance. You will be issued an account credit to be used toward a future workshop for same day early cancellations. No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for late cancellations. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop.
